Marc Pellicciaro, M.D.

Founder and psychiatrist. Dr. Pellicciaro is a University of Washington School of Medicine graduate and former Chief Resident in his psychiatry residency. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and has held multiple clinical and leadership roles, including Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at PAMC.

His clinical work focuses on adult psychiatry, medication management, psychotherapeutic techniques, and co-occurring disorders. He emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care, exploring concerns at a pace and intensity that fits each patient’s needs and using medication carefully when it is both beneficial and safe.

Helen

Office Manager and co-founder. Helen helps keep the practice organized, welcoming, and responsive. She assists established patients with scheduling, administrative questions, office communication, and care coordination so that the practical side of care feels clear and manageable.

With experience in business and public safety, Helen brings a steady, practical presence to the office. She finds the work of helping people move toward improved health especially meaningful.

Office support

Helen is often the point of contact for non-urgent office needs, including appointment logistics, refill coordination requests, forms and records questions, and helping messages reach the appropriate place within the practice.
